We have been advised that comp will be issued once everything is deemed to be stable again.
We do not have an ETA for that at this time.

how many months do you need to fix your site already no more deposits for me very frustrating ill wait to your back up and running full speed but just dont understand who your using to fix this my 22 year old son could have fixed it quicker

Paul I know you have probably been getting grilled a lot from Alot of the forum and I mean this is no disrespectful way , it’s been a long time coming now pushing nearly over two weeks almost three , how do you guys
- Not have an ETA
- Told us what the problem was
- Not give us timely updates
- This might be farfetched but given compensation more often than we should have ,
If I had an ETA I would tell you.
I have no idea what the problem was specifically, I would guess at something to do with a server, but I’m not a tech guy.
We have provided updates when we have been given them.
They are waiting to confirm everything is ok before comping, which I think is the right thing to do.
We have stated multiple times that when we get an update we will advise accordingly.
If I had an ETA I would tell you.- I know your doing what you can and I appreciate it , but after nearly over two weeks how can the people above you not give a eta .

It’s just the same copy and paste . How do your bosses and people above just let all these people just get screwed and left in the dark just not right .

The site is looking pretty stable at this point. It’s time. These comps need to come today.
Paul, how are any of us supposed to feel comfortable depositing our money into a website that has had their only answer to basic questions ( what is the problem, eta, compensation, etc.) be “I don’t know” every single time. It’s been 2 weeks of neither bovadas employees or customers knowing what’s going on. How is this an incentive for any of us not to leave and find a more competent sports book that doesn’t seem to have these problems so frequently?
I hope this is fixed and comped today I just don’t know because a lot of people had trouble over the weekend even deposit so how you gonna to comp them
