The only superstition I’ve ever had was created on my first trip to the dog track in college

I won like 1400 while having no idea what i was doing but we had gone to a fraternity party the night before and somewhere along the line i had lost my underwear so i was commando when i won the 1400. After that i realized my underwear had been holding me back my entire life

Haven’t gambled with underwear since then. What I’ve learned is that it, shockingly, probably was not my lack of under garments that provided my big win that day BUT also that its very freeing and easy to move around

Whenever I play casino games on any device (laptop, phone, etc), I make sure the volume setting is at 77 (out of 100) for good luck. The times when I have forgotten to check or adjust the volume (doesn’t happen often but it happens) I do way worse in any casino game I play.

When playing blackjack, I have a superstition/ritual. If at any point the dealer breaks their hand with an 888, on the next hand I bet table max/all my chips. Has worked out for me more often than not.

My superstition Came from Freshman year high school About halfway through my basketball season, we had a home game Which allowed for us to have a couple of hours After school before the game. This particular game Me and a teammate Went to the barber shop to get fades. After that we Would go back To the gym And start to get ready for the game. Well 1st time we did this, happened to be my first double-double and hit the game winning shot to give us the victory by 1. So after the game in the locker room I had already decided same routine and as if that wasnt enough I declared, to myself, i would Be wearing my now lucky underwears every game. This was fine and we did well first couple weeks, however, now im not the only one who knows about my new superstition and now we have some back 2 back important games coming up, final exams to0, Just was a busy time Of Of the year. So by this time i had found same compression style underwears and had 2pairs, however, some of my teammates had already decided to tell their parents about it and other classmates so got around school. Well i started to see signs in tne crowd with my # and would say, Keep the streak going #2. I didnt catch on to it right away, but best believe heard about it rest of high school and some people actually belived I really just wore the same undies back to back. They even started wearing undies in the crowd over head

Here is my routine when I want to place a wager.

1. I pick up my phone.
2. I pray that the Bovada website will be up today.
3. I pray that Bovada will let me log in today.
4. I pray that Bovada’s Sportsbook is working today.
5. I pray that Bovada actually has a single game listed in their Live Games menu.
6. I pray that when I choose a wager that Bovada actually puts the same one I choose in my Bet Slip.
7. I pray that when I hit Place Bet that the wager that I have in there at that time is the one it actually places.
8. Hope the bet wins (easiest step)
9. I pray that Bovada’s withdrawals are working so I can actually get my winnings.

That’s my simple superstition with every Bovada wager.
