I had a match in tennis where I just bet straight up if they would win. Not Sets, Or over/under. Or bet on games. I just bet they would win. I bet Player B would win.

Player A quit the match and Player B is advancing in the tournament. I didn’t get a win . I got a push.

Can you fix this?

Can you please grade this one? Im mostly brnging this up because this is the second time today a settlement has been delayed due to a game being “stuck” on the live betting page. By “stuck” i mean the game is actually over but you still have it up and time still running, delaying settlement, it would be nice to have that issue fixed. Thanks.

Good morning, my wager from this morning was graded as “late or past post wager”.

This was NOT the case. It was placed almost 15 minutes prior to the match starting. The match started at 0805 Mountain Time. I placed the wager at 0753 Mountain time.

Please look into this, as I know for a fact it was not even close.

Hi there is wager settlement from past 6 hours tried to contact 3 times every time they say same reason because of that I was unable to do loss cut on different game I thought I would have got that money by that time. They are really bad support. No one is really trying to help
