I also chose the option of 4 quarter winning margin. If this is the case how do I win a 4 quarter margin bet if the game is only 4 quarters? Then it would be 4-0 and I would still lose?

For the wager to win, the wolves would need to win 3 quarters, and the other quarter be a draw.
