It does seem to sometimes take a refresh or relogin to register the players allowed to vote.
As for the players that want to remember their picks, while we might not produce a list every week, we would suggest writing this down and will have ways to confirm that no duplicates have been used. You can always ask us for the picks you submitted previously as well though if you’ve forgot.
