OK everybody. Here is what I recorded as your picks for week 3.

we are all tied with 34. How do you determine who is 16, 15,14,13,12
Glad you asked that question! Currently, we don’t have a tie-breaker for the 4-week totals, but after @Rmilia1 and I discussed it, the plan is to use week 4’s tie-breaker to not only break ties for week 4, but also for the 4-week total. But that’s just to seed 1-16. If the 16th seed is in a tie with anyone lower-ranked, then all lower-seeded contestants with that same score will be bracketed into play-in games. So, for example, after using the tie-breaker, the 15th through 18th ranked players all have the same score, 15 and 16 will keep those seeds based on the tie-breaker rule, but because 17 and 18 have the same score, the four will be assigned play-in games.
I tagged @Rmilia1 on this. He and I have exchanged many messages over this, so I believe I just described the process accurately, but if he disagrees, he’s the boss! So let’s await his response to see if he agrees.

in other words, based on you five being tied right now 12th through 17th, we only need one play-in game to reduce the field to 16, so 12th through 15th (based on tie-breaker rules) wouldn’t need to play a play-in game, but 16th and 17th would. Had the 18th ranked player also had the same total, then 15th vs. 18th would play-in, and 16th vs. 17th would play in.
That’s exactly right after next week’s picks every single person needs to be aware that games for the following week will be earlier than normal AND with a much quicker turnaround especially if you’re in a play in
There won’t be any exceptions offered for people who aren’t aware or on time as I’ve been taking about this since before week 1 was even posted

Amen! And I have the spreadsheet programmed to create the brackets instantly when the final week 4 game results are known, so it will literally be just a few minutes before it’s posted on the week 4 results/discussion page. You snooze, you lose! Don’t forfeit your entry (and the $25 Sweet 16 winner’s prize ) because you weren’t paying attention! 
It will take @Rmilia1 a bit of time to assign games and picks to each play-in contests, but stay tuned if you finish in the bracket somewhere.
And I cringe at the thought of what he’s going to come up with for 25 picks on one game!
