What’s the update Jacob on progress that has been made? When can we expect the remaining deposits to be credited? And most importantly, how are you all dealing with crypto being down 20% since Tuesday morning?
Are you saying the team just started working on that or has been working on that for 60+ hours and still can’t figure it out?
Why are CS agents telling everyone the money isn’t guaranteed anymore and there’s a chance we could lose it? Multiple people, including me, were told the addresses we sent it to were not Bovada’s and we could lose that money.
Can we at least get a confirmation from anyone that our deposits will eventually be deposited so we could have some peace of mind?
Just be honest and communicate what’s going on, PLEASE.
Then why tell us to contact provider we sent funds from Jacob, when we finally get through to CS support?. That is the response you get from them, when you try to explain that I didnt get this crypto address out of thin air! It came from bovada site. Of course i can’t prove it now, i didnt think on February 3rd when I deposited I’d have to screenshot it with your logo attached and all. Then the worst part, you get push back from the reps, because they have no idea what they’re doing and are probably being told to say this as generic response from management. And then your site goes on and on that our funds are safe and being processed as we speak. Its unreal
These are specifics that we do not have at the moment @Zzadda. Last information we have is that we’re working on having the funds credited as soon as possible.
The team is being working on this for the past days crediting the transactions @chino7. If you’ve made a deposit, it should be credited.
When will you have the information? When everything is credited and the questions I ask will no longer be relevant?
Are you telling me there were that large of a volume of deposits on a random Tuesday morning that these past 3 days wasn’t enough time to have all the deposits manually credited?
I would very much hope I’d get the money I deposited credited. Your CS agents are saying otherwise the last 24 hours and it has a lot of us worrying since our deposit isn’t guaranteed.
We need more information.
It’s honestly beyond ridiculous that the last official statement by mods was on Tuesday afternoon stating that the issue causing the deposit failures was mitigated and that they are working on the “reconciliation process” to credit the accounts affected. You all have had more than 48 hours to get another update on where that process stands and how much progress, if any, has been made.

From what i gathered from my experiences yesterday with 2 different cs support. The money is gone i sent February 3rd to your site. Where it went, who knows ? Bovada kept it, a hacker kept it. Someone other than me made use of it
Based on the latest update, many players have already had their deposits credited.
There are still some cases where deposits are missing or were credited for a lesser amount, and the Payments team is continuing to work through those.
If anything is still missing once they finish reviewing all transfers, they’ll handle it accordingly.
I am still missing my ltc deposit. Since Tuesday AM.

I’m still missing 98% of my LTC deposit made Tuesday morning. Has anyone who deposited with LTC actually received their full deposit? Almost 72 hours have past now. Absolutely absurd. At this pace it will be a miracle if the funds are credited by the Super Bowl.
I received 1 of 2 LTC still missing 1 of them. Received $63 of my $65 deposit. But still missing deposit 2 i made thursday morning.
