****Live betting issues****

After inquiring with support regarding the feedback we received, we were informed that no issues were found on their end.

Well that’s a relief. Now we can all go back to live betting

So is the ticket going to be closed now and we all are mistaken then? I apologize for the redundancy, but can you again confirm that there are zero issues with live wagering and everything is operating as it should on the betting platform?

Same ol stuff man feed back this and that still no solution. It’s just how funny the mods responds and “still” says nothing wrong with “my” end blah blah blah. Nothings change going on 2 months soon

Its been more than a month an live bets are totally a mess it let you see the real lines for a second an disappear an goes back to past games

@moderators can you please again confirm that this ticket that has apparently been open for over a month is going to be closed since @Brooke_Bovada said there were no issues? And effectively confirm that everything all of us have been experiencing is incorrect? I want to make sure I’m understanding this correctly. Thanks

While some information has been shared to us that some part has been resolve but , it appears that not all have been fully solve.

I appreciate the response. However now I have to ask the question, why did @Brooke_Bovada tell us point blank that there were zero issues after checking with “support”? This was less than 24 hours ago that she told us this and now you’re saying that there are in fact still issues.

Paul has told us a ticket has been open for over a month and yet every time an update is requested there is zero update to be given

Customer service tells me and I’m assuming everyone else that there is no issues reported as well as no ticket to be checked on

Brooke says there is no issues after checking with support.

Rhyz you just said there is ongoing issues but again, no resolution in site and no update about anything.

How can there be such conflicting information consistently being spread and how can customer service be totally in the dark about everything? I’m not speaking for everyone here but I imagine everyone feels similar when I say this has totally affected my experience wagering and has hindered me a TON from playing how I want to play on this site. To be told: there is issues, there isn’t issues, there is issues but we don’t have any updates, there actually isn’t issues, what issues?, there actually is issues……all this is happening while days and weeks and somehow MONTHS are going by with no compensation or explanation.

Other people may not like playing with live wagers or even wagering on sports in general so their experience may not be affected but for someone like me who switched over to bovada primarily a handful of months ago because I had heard that the platform was great….this has been unfortunately quite the opposite.

I appreciate the response. I still feel that we are in no better place than we were a month ago when we were told that there were issues but no updates. I haven’t seen any updates or any improvement with the platform in this entire time yet I have been trying to bear with you guys for the benefit of the doubt hoping things will be resolved soon. Maybe I have missed something but I have been pretty invested in this.

Lastly, I assume since you are strongly confirming that there are still issues with this that if I contact customer service at a later time and ask for an update, they will be able to see the ticket and see that there are ongoing issues as well correct? They will not tell me that there are no issues and that the problem is with me or my browser?

I can confirm that the ongoing issue has now been communicated with all relevant departments to ensure everyone is on the same page. And Currently:

Just to be clear, CS says there are no issues, but then when presented with what moderators said, CS says there is a ticket open for the issues over the last couple of months and no compensation will be offered as well as the fact that they doubled down saying there are no issues. That’s why I provided a picture of the current live wagering options at the time. Difficult times here at Bovada. Thanks to all who are involved in attempting to make this better, but it just seems very unlikely that anything will come of this months long issue.

The live betting site has been horrible for 2 months. No improvements. I have never seen it this bad. There are no good days with live betting.

Can’t see any English Premier League games on Boxing Day.

But hey, I guess I should try to troubleshoot on my end.

As bad as ever today. Two months in and they still can’t get their story straight, much less fix the issue. Leaving this comment to keep the thread visible.

One crazy part of this thread being at almost 800 comments is how many have also been deleted. Absolutely crazy that this is still going on. I would like to give @Rhyz_Bovada a shout out here. Seems like you are really trying to help us get answers here! Thanks so much!

I read all these live betting comments and i personally dont see an issue. Sportsbooks and there arent many good offshore books left at least not ones where you can parlay live. Ya DraftKings FanDuel but they dont have the big selection like Bovada has. So instead of having the live lines there and available for someone to blindly take a 6 team parlay for $50 say and nail one like a blind lottery parlay live… maybe they dont want that anymore… thats called "taking a hit at a Sportsbook " some books dont like that. You can still do it though by just using the search bar. The game you want pops right up. By now live or not you should know what game you want easily search it and bet it. Takes a little longer but maybe thats what the book wants. They also this way may see a % in their favor by not giving up a no brainer homerun parlay that someone built in 10 seconds compared to it taking 2 minutes with goals and scoring changes that favor the new line and it ends up costing you your parlay after you successfully submit it. Like they said the issue isnt on their end its on yours. Kinda like take it or leave it
