Not liking the new layout for sports and horse racing betting. Hopefully before football starts we can think of something? Maybe a classic view button or something 
While i switch beetwen the tabs on google chrome on mobile i am seeing the above and i have to refresh the page to see the ods evry time i switch between tabs
When live betting football, it’s tough to see the time. Also, when the live odds decrease and you are about to place a bet, they odds will change, but the money does not. Shows false returns. And there are delays when placing live bets. Several times I have placed the same bets multiple times at the same time because the screen didnt change when first placing the bet

I been on here for 4-6 years. Won some, lost some. But I never got this mad through the system. Once again… I dropped down to one game on a big parlay couple times, and for 70 minutes remaining or even before the last game started, it disappeared on me. Couldn’t cash out. I guess I don’t learn. This new update feels like it’s set up to do this. If it’s not wining, the bet is still there, if it is winning, it’s not visible any longer. Every single time since the update. Support, always says sorry for the inconvenience, yet nothing changes, or any compensation. I’m done, thanks to this update! It’s been a nice several years.

I’m reporting a bug with the new Open Bets / parlay layout. The Cash Out option is disappearing from active parlays in the “Open Bets” tab it’s simply not there for bets that should qualify for cash out. However, I’ve noticed Cash Out then appears later, but only once my parlay is already losing badly which defeats the entire purpose of the feature i need to be able to cash out while the bet is still live and favorable, not after it’s effectively dead.
Details:
• Ticket #s affected: 26087413398350 (10-team parlay, $30 stake) and 26087413482518 (6-team parlay, $80 stake)
• Date/time: 08/5/26, evening slate
• Issue: Cash Out button absent from Open Bets tab during live legs
This is a significant functional bug in the new layout — Cash Out is a core risk-management tool, and losing access to it while bets are live materially affects how users manage their action. Please escalate to your product/engineering team.
One more issue
I’m reporting a bug with live cricket score tracking on the new layout.
Match: Ireland - Super 50 Series Women, Typhoons W vs Dragons W
Issue: Once the first team finished batting and the second team began their chase, the score display didn’t reset/update correctly:
• It continued showing 390/2 (the first team’s final score) instead of the second team’s actual score once their innings started
• When the chasing team lost wickets, the wicket count stayed frozen — it wouldn’t update to reflect actual fall of wickets (e.g., should show something like 10/1 after a wicket falls, but stayed static)
• Screenshots taken minutes apart show the score frozen at 390/2 → 390/0 despite the innings clearly having progressed
This is misleading for live/in-play betting — if the wicket count and score aren’t updating in real time, users can’t accurately judge live odds or make informed in-play bets. This seems like a live data feed sync issue specific to cricket on the new layout.
It started this issue since yesterday and lost bad assuming the score not watching actually scoring app and trusted the bovada site

Be very careful with your wagers bovada is doing the duplicate wagers thing again
What they’re doing is having the system duplicate the wager but as you can see at a different line ( which is the cover up) you put it in at +200 the system will then duplicate it but put it in again at +210. So then lol when you go on the live chat and say oh the system duplicated my wager their cover up excuse is well theres nothing we can do because one wager is +200 and the other is +210. Although the wagers went in at exactly the same time milliseconds apart 
. Oh and btw out of 10 or so times they’ve done this to me NOT 1 AND I MEAN NOT 1 WAS EVER REFUNDED OR HAS EVER WON ! LOLOLOLOLOL … desperation? From a trillion $ company…why?

Its becauae they’re making you sweat it out instead and gamble. You’re now gambling it and so is bovada. So the option is gone disappears cuz you’re either now gonna win it or lose it. Its a kinda gambling liability coverage internal thing
And also if the 1 game you need to win isnt available to bet live on … the. Cashout option would also disappear…so yeah both things there in that type of situation

Is there any confirmation that the team is actually working to fix the outstanding issues weve brought up? The open bets issues, the balance lag issues, bets dont always appear to go through, etc. I know i also mentioned the Sports A-Z button doesn’t work most of the time. Any updates? Id like to hear that these have been broght to the team and they acknowledged it.
These things are definitely leading to duplicate wagers for many. They need to be fixed.
