Site Stability Updates

Wondering if they’re only rewarding people who contacted support during this time? I hope that’s not the case because they should be able to see who was playing and how it continuously locked up. Not to mention it was nearly impossible to reach support. And who couldn’t log in, deposit or withdraw. I don’t know.

Most of you are probably aware but for those who aren’t, if you received a rewards point bonus as a result of the outage you will have to go into the ‘Rewards’ tab and then claim it yourself, since it won’t update in your account balance automatically

Just got mine. 40,000 points or $40. I didn’t get a message but the points showed up.

I called and received compensation twice for the five times the site went down for me about three days ago. Does this mean I will not receive compensation for the issues that I faced afterwards, before any updates were even sent out about the website issues?

Got the 40,000 points too. Went to casino and lost it all immediately. Not even a small win. Should’ve known better and only sports bet.

I literally just received the reward points to redeem. Just wanted to let you know you told me something completely different which was a lie. I just got off the live chat and they told me I would eventually receive it. Don’t know why you would tell me I was already compensated fairly, smh.

Very upset. Deposited close to 50k in the last couple weeks and over 300k this year. French open is on when us tennis bettors thrive and all week the site has been down. Slots have been frozen. I have never been the one to complain but why am I also not be compensated. On top of all the site functionality issues and not being able to place wagers, continuously getting crushed. Can you please look into this? I have been a valued, trustee, and loyal player for far too long to be treated like this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a ton in advance.
