I’m literally laughing right now. I’m such an idiot. I spent HOURS over the last two days trying to DEPOSIT (i.e. GIVE THIS BUSINESS MONEY) and was able to succeed only by my own persistence. When I wanted to deposit yesterday to bet on the S.A. soccer games, the site completely failed. CS told me to wait for compensation because I’d already been compensated for their issues on Monday.
I never knew that I was a masochist until I started playing here. The moderator is about to come here and tell me that the $16 I got was fair compensation. It’s going to feel blissfully wonderful, because finally I can rest knowing that these people truly DO NOT GIVE A ■■■■ ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I’m sorry, I just can’t stop laughing. What a hilarious, contemptuous response. LOL.

You should respect yourself more than that. Sports gambling is a competitive marketplace. If you like being spit on, like I apparently do, this is a great place. If you have any self respect or want a website that works operated by a company that respects their customers, go elsewhere. Just my humble opinion.

Where are we at on compensation?? All of us that have been daily bettors on Bovada for so long and not even a drop for these constant issues. This is awful and not the right thing to do by your customers.

Same - and dropped me right as I was making player prop bets for warriors mavs game 6. Errors were supposedly fixed by 6pm EST. Wish that had been the case

Nothing specific has been said in 5 days other than a big announcement on 5/26 at 6pm EST which ended up saying essentially nothing other than throwing 15,000-50,000 reward points to some accounts.

I thought i was tripping out when i would see the slots show certain symbols then like it was lagging jump to completely new symbols so rather than freespins or a win i would lose. This has been happening for awhile. Last time I brought something up bout this to a rep, i was told that the spins are on a code, so they are not rigged. WHICH I THOUGHT WAS WEIRD because i never said it was rigged. NOW they are saying its a problem. Then when i got free spins they would skip. Like 10 free spins but it was really 7 free spins because i would be losing spins due to the lag. I feel as though i lost 5k in the last few weeks because of this. @Paul_Bovada
