I feel as though if i was told of the warnings about the slots and games messing up, then i would not have been feeding money to this site. I am used to giving my money to this site, but lately it has been even worse. I normally win here and there, before ultimately losing it all. However, now i just lose it all with the lagging issues on slots. I mean the pyramid slot game free spin bonus is supposed to turn 4 times between each free spin, but it either freezes on a turn then goes takes a free spin away… i FEEL AS THOUGH IF MY CONCERNS WERE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AT THE TIME I COULD HAVE SAVED MYSELF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. @Paul_Bovada
This happened all night and interrupted my play for hours. I got nothing in the bonuses section of my account. Given my HOF status and $162 Million careee points I would think I’d get at least $5. Come on Bovada. Be better

Going on Day 6 now with no response from my email. Again, was in a sit and go poker tournament and the site went down. Knocked 2 players out had chip lead and was going to win and boom it’s crashed. No refund, no bonus points, no response. Used my final funds for the tournament and have nothing left. Deposited countless times and that transaction has no problems. Infuriated with this service.

My games were stopping mid spin, I was constantly refreshing and losing money left and right. And I still have not received anything. I’m not going to deposit again until this is fixed!

O.k. so any ideas when we might be getting the full compensation for all the recent errors, problems and the customer service reps handing out compensation bonuses to certain players early on at their discretion. Also why are reps having us wait 2 to 3 minutes sometimes longer to check our accounts pertaining to some kind of compensation, when they already know they aren’t going to or permitted to issue any kind of comps??? Seems like they are providing false hope by the use of misleading information!!!
Don’t get me wrong free chips are nice no matter how much they are for and I do appreciate them, however, since I haven’t been able to make a deposit for 3 days without getting an error code telling me to try again I can get a chip that will allow me to play a little longer than 5 minutes.

@moderators the site continues to lag for me and I will log in and my balance won’t show and when I click to go to my account info I can’t get anything to load. I will close out, clear cache, log in again, or perform other steps and sometimes it works and sometimes it just stays blank or frozen.
The one thing I did notice is no update on the banner that still states an update will occur at 6 PM Thursday which was last night. Is there a new milestone date/time we should be looking towards to see if issues really are resolved.
I’ve worked in IT for nearly 15 years and know that the first MUST DO things are (1) be transparent and (2) give realistic timelines and updates. Bovada is really struggling to keep the masses from turning on them. I try to remain positive for the site in general, but the lack of visibility or shown concern for the community as a whole is sad to see.

@Jhard962613 once we know the issue is resolved; full compensation will be reviewed/handled but we have no timeframe right now on that.

Ok. Well with that being said. Should I just go deposit at another casino? I want to bet but can’t make a deposit and the compensation points was gone in 5 minutes… please just tell me sorry you can’t play the site have no idea how long you can’t play and we are not giving you anymore ways to play games here at Bovada.
