Site Stability Updates

I’m just disappointed. I made a deposit 3 days ago and my bonus was not credited. The reward points I got last night was worth 9 dollars. I’m new to the site so I’m not as high up as others but I’ve been playing frequently and have cashed out a couple times already. It’s just disappointing. I like betting soccer and this weekend is usually big for soccer. I would deposit more but whos to say I would get the bonus for that any time soon. I’m just overall disappointed. I know they are working to get the issue fixed and say they will reward people more extensively but it doesn’t help me when I want to bet on things now.

I am still getting “too many requests” messaging when logging in. The green “Welcome” message repeatedly loads until I get a 409 error Code. The few times I have been able to successfully login the past 48 hours, I cannot complete a deposit via BTC. Is there going to be a resolution here or should we all be finding another book at this point?

Can a moderator please explain how they determined “fair compensation”? Because no one asked me what issues I experienced, and how much of a headache these site issues were for me. How could you determine what’s fair if you don’t know? Also, I’m increasingly furious that I predicted these site issues on this very forum and was told (I’m paraphrasing here) that I’m just a bum looking for free bonuses. FTR, I’ve deposited $1500 the last 31 days.

Probably a good percentage of your 7 day or 31 day activity. Usually I’m skeptical but moderators reiterating that means they’ll probably actually do something that’s fair.

Makes sense this way because if you barely play or don’t play at all why would they give a shit in compensating you with anything.

@mwfsvy Compensation based on activity will be addressed and handled once the issues are resolved.

I’m not trying to be obtuse here, but what does “activity” mean? Is it documented somewhere that I spent literally an entire night refreshing the LiteCoin deposit page unsuccessfully? Will that be taken into account? Do you want us to document our issues somewhere else?

Dude just go to your transaction history and look at your activity. It really isn’t that complicated. Why tf would they reimburse your for refreshing a page lmao

Because the whole point is the issue that I was having due to their site is that I couldn’t deposit. You’re spending your time defending a gambling site. Get a life.

I’m not defending them, I’ve shit on them during this last week. I just hate seeing stupid comments like yours. Clearly they said it’s based on activity but your definition of activity was refreshing a page over and over and thinking that means you deserve something.

You just said you deposited 1500 within the last 7 days so THERE is the proof of your activity.

Actually, the CS agents offered me a deposit bonus as compensation for not being able to deposit. LOL. Seems like you’d be good at that CS job, Ony_123. Maybe one of the moderators could get you an application.

I agree that compensation should be based on activity but it’s a bit of an oxymoron if you are looking at recent days. They should look over the last 2-6 months hopefully because almost everyone’s recent activity will be much lower because the site has been down/glitchy/unusable a lot of the last week. I just hope they take that into consideration. I probably consider myself middle of the road user here. I don’t deposit $20 a month but I don’t deposit $1000s a month. It should be some sort of sliding scale because I would be ecstatic with a free $20-50 if that’s all I deposit in an average month, but if I’ve deposited and played $10k on a month I’d be pissed if I got $20-50. I also think that they really need to exclude wins vs losses and just look at activity because an outage affects winners and losers the same. Just my 2 cents.

It should be based on 31 day activity. Notice how so many people are coming out of the woodworks talking about compensation this compensation that when I guarantee you a lot of them barely play or haven’t played at all in quite some time. The only ones who were really affected are the ones who are active and deposit frequently

I was following their instructions. The site didn’t work for me because I was getting an error page every time I tried to deposit. They told me to clear my cache and refresh the page. It never worked. As a result I didn’t get to bet on the games I was really looking forward to betting on. If you think that a terrible experience like that doesn’t deserve to be compensated, you’re either putting on an act or are a Bovada employee. Go somewhere else; your comments are uninformed, overly simplistic, and completely unhelpful.

And like I said, you deserve to be compensated on the ACTIVITY/ACTION you play which is what they said. If moderators are reiterating that then you should expect something fair, if we’re left in the dark then that’s when you can expect to get ■■■■ed.

What value can they put on someone refreshing a page all night, at least with your activity/action/deposit there’s an average number they can base it on to determine what would be fair to hand out.

The whole point is that my activity was suppressed because I couldn’t deposit. That was the site issue that I was having. You seriously think a fair solution to that shitty experience is no compensation? WTF is wrong with you?

You just said your 31 day total was 1500. How much more were you planning on depositing? Let me guess 100k and you were planning on putting that 100k on the warriors too and that’s why you need to be fairly compensated? :joy:

I deposit between $40-$50 every day, generally. I do this for fun. I didn’t get to have that fun, and that has value to me.
