This is really disappointing considering the house will hold roughly 7 percent of handle on the super bowl if they have a pulse and book it correctly.
They’d rather upset people and drive people away over 60 dollars it’s so short sited and just a horrible look.
Good companies know that building a loyal, happy customer base is the best recipe for success. Bad companies are short-sighted and try to weasel every nickel out of the customer, ignoring how the customer perceives those transactions. It’s trite because it’s true: treat your customers fairly and respectfully and you’ll grow your business. Treat them unfairly and disrespectfully and they’ll eventually find someone else to do business with.

I haven’t deposited in nearly a week because of the way the site has handled a different issue
It’s rashly sky to think that they’ve cost turnstiles probably 4-500 costs all because they weren’t willing to comp a legit issue in a much smaller amount
Especially given the fact I’d agonist certainly just lose it all back prior to the rollover
But it is what it is and you can’t make people use common sense
In the end, in a free market economy customers vote with their feet, or more accurately, their bank accounts. Bad companies generally shrink and eventually die as customers find better companies to do business with. I do almost no sports betting, and certainly nothing complicated, so I don’t experience what sports bettors do. I almost exclusively play poker, and poker on this site leaves a lot to be desired. PokerStars was awesome, in their technology, their size and volume of offerings, and their customer service and player loyalty programs. Unfortunately, politicians decided Americans couldn’t play there. So here I am.

If anyone is looking for bovada to make anything right, they will be looking for the rest of their lives. You will literally have to quit your day job, leave your family, embark on a lifelong journey to find bovada doing the right thing, and unfortunately, you will never find what you are looking for. Just a wasted life. Just like time spent talking to customer service on Bovada. Wasted.
I had a 4 to 4 square at the 2nd quarter. They gave me the win and then took it away as a loss.

This is the stage where the mods will stop coming in giving updates and this thread will die with no one having their bets corrected
100:1 odds on that, @bmb04k! I feel bad for the @moderators because they have to read all this, and admittedly a lot of the player/customer complaints are whiny BS, but on this one, no sentient being could read the thread and not agree that Bovada is in the wrong here. At the very least they should eat their loss and compensate people who bet with either understanding of the rules. They can mark it down as lesson learned and not make the same mistake again. But in so doing, they’d earn a ton of player goodwill. But the poor mods don’t make those decisions, and they have to be the bearers of bad news, like a presidential press secretary who has to face the press corps even when they know full well they screwed up, but can’t admit it.
Yea this post will go on and we won’t hear anything and it’ll just die out. Already feels there hasn’t been anything or updates to what they will do. As always just frustrating that no matter what they are just right and make the rules.
Just as a follow up here, please note that we are still in talks about this wager. We haven’t forgot about the issue and will hopefully have an actual decision in the coming days. Granted what that resolution will be if any is not something I’m aware of yet.

I’m confused with the update Ryan. You clearly explained your decision stands and I lost by email. Now your publicly saying the opposite. My problem is the fact you paid out something for a win, then took it back. Then offered a $5 bonus (Which i have to spend MORE to even get it) to make up for the mistake. A mistake on your end. Ya know, had i got to keep my winnings, the word of mouth advertisement you would have received would be worth it enough for you… But instead, if nothing gets fixed, you will get the opposite of a great review and you will lose a player permanently who has spent money for years with you.
This is the first I’ve heard of this. May i ask why you told me by email that the bet was a loss and nothing more?

Had i got to keep the money i won, being excited, I would have ranted and raved to everyone about how cool bovada is and my experience winning and how they should check it out etc… But instead… im far from happy and have another experience to explain… Unless this gets taken care of the way it should…But as of now, ill lose every dollar in poker on purpose and never come back.
I noticed you had a thread started before me and they shut it down. This is ridiculous tbh. This experience should tell everyone just how much bovada has changed and what to expect from them. Not too mention, the customer service was rude, barely able to communicate with english and flat out lied to me several occasions all without EVER answering one question as to how exactly they paid me for something they claim i lost on.
