The bonus had just a 1x playthrough. You will be able to view that on your transactions page. From the time you received the bonus and the amount staked afterwards before you completed the bonus. It was not 2X

@Southsidebookie Just to help further, rollover will only count on the wager after settlement so once your pending wagers are cleared; your rollover should clear along with it

Why did my bonus get removed this morning 12/26? I was originally gifted $100. I bet it up to $199 and I was about to place a bet this afternoon. My account is now zero and my transaction history says āBonus Closedā -$199.29.
