Correction, I am at Hall of Fame level in 15 months, that over 5M rewards earned by betting a year, and I get only $100. Please review.

so the website not even loading for us to get a login screen makes us un elligable ? wow doesnt make sense thats actually crazy i tried more than 3x and the website wouldnt even load for me but i guess i didnt try to log in lmfao

I was emailed and told I would recieve $30, but have yet to recieve my bonus.

Why I couldn’t get any type of compensation bonus. And my tier level is at hall of fame. Pitiful

@marcacarter3 Your bonus is available to be redeemed in your reward section onsite.

@Sisombat85 Unfortunately on review we’re not seeing any login attempts during the downtime period on your end. That these are logged and we can clearly see the players that were affected or unable to login due to the issue.

For all those above regarding the amount provided. Again, this is preset by the team in charge of given.

Really how could I log in when it keep telling me wrong password. I made over $6,000 deposit in the past 31 days . What a load of bs

Haven’t gotten my compensation for y’all being down? When can i expect this? Was trying to get on site to deposit since Thursday. Can you see that? Wtf

@Sisombat85 We do see failed login attempts with the wrong password as well as all login attempts that were made over the duration of the issue on our end. I do apologize but on our end there doesn’t appear to be any such login attempts from your end that we’re seeing. All other players that received compensation did in fact have failed login attempts.

@Jdeezz The information above does also apply to your account as we don’t see you being affected by the issues or any login attempts during that period.

@Sisombat85 At no point did I state I did see login attempts for you.

However, we’ve actually escalated this on our end to look into considering the feedback. We seem to have had some misinformation here regarding the logins during the downtime as this won’t affect any compensation.

Therefore, those who haven’t been provided compensation yet, we are still looking into this.

Again, if you have been issued compensation the amount isn’t something we’re able to review.
