Where were you supposed to log in exactly? All that was on your site was a twitter link. You guys need to make this right. Ridiculous. Time to go to another outfit i guess

i received an email saying i should be compensated within 24 hours, yet i have yet to receive anything

How exactly was I supposed to Login when the website wouldn’t even come up? How about looking at my betting history. I place bets most every day from September - March.

…and this betting history goes back like 10 years. You obviously don’t become Legend level 3 by not betting so don’t tell me this didn’t affect me. If it affected ANYONE, it affected me! I did try non-stop for 3 days to “login” to place bets.

@Rpsnmad As clarified above the login item was incorrect and doesn’t affect your compensation. Though this was also only in regards to players that didn’t receive anything originally regardless. As you did receive a bonus it didn’t really apply.

In regards to the amount of compensation provided, again this was mostly based on recent activity but isn’t something we can change on our end unfortunately.

I go back to the Bodog days when you had to wire money to fund the account. Legend Level 3 and only received $30. I guess it is what it is. I have other options so I guess I will need to utilize those from now on.

Wandering what I only got a $30 bonus. I’ve seen it’s based on activity and log in attempts while the site was down. I have plenty of activity and there was no way to attempt a log in. All it said was refer to twitter for updates. Had a friend that is same level as me get $100. This is a really bad look. I’ve been really happy with Bovada since moving from another book, but this will take me right back to them. Please review this.

If you can’t change what the bonus was then what’s the point here?? Are y’all just making things up now? Put me in touch with who can tell me something legit.

How about giving reward points that can be traded to $100-500 amounts (Sports 5x/ Casino 25X)
then more can be given out for compensation to everyone.

I tried logging in but couldn’t cause page was down and I didn’t even have the option to login. Where is my compensation?

I also was not compensated for the site being down. I couldn’t login die to the maintenance or whatever you guys were doing. How am I not eligible?

I never said I didn’t get it. I said it wasn’t enough. First you say it was based on login attempts. Wait, nope never mind that’s misinformation. Then you said based on activity. Like I said put me in touch with someone who can answer legitimately.

We advised it was based on tier levels, as this is the standard way emergency comp is paid, but it was possibly calculated on recent activity, as it was more of a widespread issue.
However this is something that was taken care of by the department actioned to do this so we have no exact details how it was calculated. Unfortunately we are unable to change any decision made by the team in question.

do i get compensation i’m also a legend 2 tier and i lost money due to outage u should be fair to everybody
