Website Outage, Compensation Questions

I have not received anything from you guys and actively deposit money and use this site no bonus no money for all star level 2??? Look at my recent activity something does not seem right at all here .

Basing compensation on log on attempts while the sight is down is pretty silly. Obviously, when log in attempts fail you can go to other sites that will tell you if certain websites are down. Couple that with the fact you guys were publicly updating on twitter and Facebook the progress of your crash. All that being said, why would people continue to try and log in during the crash? Makes zero sense to do it especially when you said ā€œwe will let you know when we are up an runningā€

@Crheynow As stated and corrected a few times above logins had nothing to do with any compensation. Compensation was based on recent activity.

I have a Pro Level 3 account. Is there any chance I would get compensated?

What number did you use to talk to someone? The customer service number 888-263-0000 isn’t working for me when I call. Says due to Covid the phone service isn’t available…

and then select the ā€˜Bonuses’ Tab and you will see it there to redeem.

I didn’t receive a bonus for compensation during site outages. I understood that it may take time but I’ve been trying to reach someone in customer service for several days and haven’t had any luck talking to someone. Can you help me with receiving compensation? I’ve read through a lot of the comments and I see $100 or more bonuses have been given to people of my tier and I wasn’t sure why I haven’t received anything yet? I

The bonus amounts were based mostly on recent activity.

Just like everyone else, I received an email about the $30 bonus/compensation. I’m just wondering if that was a standard email sent out to everyone or just to those who would be receiving the bonus/compensation? Because so far I haven’t received it. I understand there are still things that need to be taken care of for the site and maybe that’s why I haven’t yet. So it’s either this or the email only pertained to some of us, but yet was sent to all.

I know I tried logging in several times but have still not received anything. I haven’t spent as much lately but I finally had some early Christmas money to spend and wasted it on some junk site

@Tscoin918 Unfortunately it doesn’t appear you were eligible for any compensation here. Again the compensation was based on recent activity, and as your account was inactive the last few weeks this is likely why there was no bonus provided to your account.

@bovada, I have wagered almost $300k in less than a month and you have credited me ZERO dollars for your outage!!! And I tried logging in 100 times during your outage so don’t say I didn’t. What is the deal?
