After more than 5 years and no withdrawals, and no complaining, you think I would of somehow been compensated by now. I was literally putting in a winning wager the morning it went haywire on Thurs a.m. With money I’ve deposited overtime, a little hustle would be good sign that they care and took this seriously.

Unclear. Are you happy they gave you $150 to be off the site for 2 days or you’re unhappy? $150 for not losing money gambling seems generous.

On sister (which I’m not VIP somehow, just like I’m not here with well over 4million) I have 7.5 million lifetime there and around $2500 lost in past month. I got $30 compensation. But hey… at least their suits are spending Christmas in Bora Bora again!
Nah fam, I got a 2x rollover. Which is a sight for sore eyes… until you’re barely able to even hit that 2x rollovers.
@ThePunisher This isn’t accurate. Your compensation bonus for the outage was a 1X rollover. If you need specifics we can provide them. As for specifics on exactly what compensation was based off of or actual numbers this isn’t something we have and providing anything to compare wouldn’t really be possible as it would end up being account specific/private.
@Gusto22 Again, changing compensation isn’t something we’re able to do here as it was a higher level decision. The original statement that logins had anything to do with compensation was inaccurate but this was a decision merely based off recent activity.
Never got any compensation. I tried to log in multiple times during the outage. Do I get a bonus or am I switching books?
I did visit the bonus. Nothing is in there.
Found it. But it was only put there after I had to ask.

The bonus was issued on the 18th at 6:58p ET.
If it was a higher level decision then put me in front of who made that decision.
This unfortunately isn’t possible as the moderator team is the highest point of contact on the Community. We can of course relay any feedback and have been doing so on a routine basis concerning this issue and thread.
This has got to be the saddest compensation ever.
